The site is located within Kampala city on plot 39 Yusuf Lule road (formally Kitante road). The location is a short distance from the Kampala Central business district and the residential suburbs of Kololo, Bukoto and Shimon.
SITE DIMENSIONS
The 1400 square meters site of a trapezoidal shape, approximately 48.8 meters by 39.8 meters allows the erection of 2,200 square meters storied office building with garden areas and surface parking space.
The first two levels are designed to provide retail activity and are most appropriate for banking halls and show rooms. The last level opens out onto a terrace ideal for entertainment and holding of various functions and events.

Finishes

Challenges
At design stage there was the challenge of creating two entry points from the two roads ie Shimoni and Yusuf Lule roads. Being locaetgd in a busy are of the City, traffic control posed its own set of challenges while the abundant rains did not make moving earthworks including cutting and excavations easy.
