The Development
The development is a joint-venture project between SFB Developers and land owner Tsa-Badiri Consultancy and consists of two and three storey units. Most of the units were successfully sold by Botswana’s leading property company Stocker Fleetwood-Bird in late 2008 to renowned businesses which are poised to establish themselves at the new address on completion. A few of the units have been retained by the developer and have been put on the market for prospective tenants to take up.
“We have received positive responses from selective firms which have been offered premises to let in this prominent development” confirmed Stocker Fleetwood-Bird consultant, Adam Van Aswegen.
“These types of units, small in size, are often sought after by growing enterprises with a great reputation.” Van Answegen also added that the location, which benefited from a quasi office/ retail zoning, had attracted both retail banks and several other professional service providers such as quantity surveyors, architects and legal practitioners
