Landscaping
There will be soft and hard landscaping, water features at ground level, lawns and on grade parking at front of the building. Renovations and refurbishments will be very rare as most material used will warrant very little maintenance. However end users will choose the required refurbishment period as they wish.
The project is being handled by a qualified and experienced team of professionals, and Estim Construction Ltd , the main contactor was selected through a competitive bidding process as per the Public Procurement Act considering the contractors experience on similar projects and financial capability as paramount parameters. Knight Frank, one of the leading estate managers in the region have been engaged to aquire tenants in advance and enhance follow up of the works programme and hence make it more urgent for the project to finish on time.
As with most projects, PSPF Investment House wasn’t without its challenges. At the initial stages the design called for a basement level which could not be done due to the water table level being very high. To overcome this challenge, piling foundation was introduced.
