Selected Projects
Some of the projects completed in the recent past include-:
Luna GardensLuna gardens, completed in 2008, comprises of executive town houses located in the plush Lavington green, off James Gichuru road next to St Mary’s School.
LocationThe project location was ideal for this kind of development as the site fronts the Nairobi river on one side with the land sloping towards the river giving rise to un interrupted panoramic views for each unit. The master planning was designed such that the houses are staggered and with no in between fencing. A ring road serves all the 17 houses, with the road lowered by at least 1.5 metres to reduce on vehicular noise.
LandscapingThe final product embraces well manicured and carefully landscaped gardens, fronting each house to give rise to an ever green environment. The design took into account the slope of the site which was used to give privacy to each house.
Materials and FinishesThe houses are elegantly finished with use of bush hammered natural stone and use of UPVC timber windows that are wide enough to give in as much light into the spaces inside. The facades are attractive and homely with a country feel.
The interiors are tastefully finished using natural timber with selected modern materials in an exciting combination A club house is incorporated with a swimming pool, located next to the riverfront for maximised relaxation. The club house has a common lounge, bar and a gymnasium.
